Having problems with your unit? Give us a call and for $65.00 we will come out and determine
what the problem is. Before making any major repairs we will tell you the cost before doing
any work. Any minor repairs will be covered under the $65.00 diagnostic charge.
Please be sure to give the dispatcher all information on what seems to be wrong. For example,
any sounds that the unit may be making, any leaks, or just that the unit isn't cooling/heating.

Make sure your unit is in the best of shape by having it cleaned by us! For $64.50 we will come out and clean and check your unit to ensure your unit is running as best as it can. Any
problems found with the unit will be brought to your attention before repairing the problem.
If you have more than one unit that needs cleaned, please inform the dispatcher so we can be
sure to allot enough time for all units. Additional fees will apply.

While the price seems like a lot, you also receive a lot for that price! For $109.00 we will come out twice a year and clean your a/c and furnace. That's a $10 savings off the combined cost of your spring and fall cleanings! We will also give you 10% off all parts and labor for service
calls for one year from contract date. This discount cannot be applied to installations.
